Tony Crilly

Managing Director

Tony Crilly is the Managing Director of Perspective Law formally known as Crilly Lawyers and established the company in 1995.

Katherine Davey

Associate

Katherine has worked in the legal and professional services industry for over 10 years, including extensive work in the property area as a solicitor.

Jess Fagan

Law Graduate

Jess commenced her career with the firm as a Law Clerk while completing her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Griffith University, Nathan, graduating in December 2025. She now works as a Law Graduate, supporting the firm’s legal team and assisting clients across a range of matters. Jess is currently undertaking her Practical Legal Training (PLT) at The College of Law and is working towards her admission as a Solicitor in late 2026.

Lyla Crouch

Law Clerk

Lyla is currently in her fourth year studying Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of Queensland. She supports the team across a range of legal matters through research, drafting, and client assistance, while developing a strong foundation in legal practice.

Meadow O’Malley

Administrative Assistant

Meadow is an integral part of our client service team. She provides essential support across the practice, assisting with client communications, matter administration and the day-to-day operations of the firm.
